Jet setters will delight in hearing Mimosa, the famous French restaurant in Hotel de La Marine in Paris, now makes its international debut at The Langham, London. Channeling the laid-back charm of the French Riviera, it offers a Mediterranean sharing concept and brings famous signature dishes such as whole sea bass baked in salt crust with sauce vierge and warm "Cote d'Azur" style potato salad. The highlight? A standalone Mimosa bar serving five devilled egg flavors. Designed by French designer Dorothée Delaye (renowned for Coco Chanel's apartment in The Hôtel Sookie), the dining room is set to exude the vibrant energy of the 1960s Capri era with high ceilings, bay windows, palm chandeliers, rattan fixtures, and pops of vibrant hues.
