Atul Kochhar is perhaps the most famous Indian chef in the world, having achieved the first ever Michelin star at an Indian Restaurant. With Vaasu, his second restaurant in Marlow, it encapsulates Atul's passion for gastronomical discovery. No two restaurants of Atul's serve the same cuisine of India. Here the menu pays homage to the North regions of Delhi and Rajasthan.
