Crafted at Powdermills is a place to work on life, come together, and connect locally.

Located in East Sussex, TN33 – and quickly accessible from London – the hotel sits around a seven-acre lake with 78 acres of private ancient woodlands, streams, and old pastures that climb up a chalky hill. They welcome nature back and invite you to come and share time and space with it. Whether as a hotel guest or local member.

Great produce doesn’t need a passport which is why they aim to source our ingredients from nearby – Sussex’s coast and Kent’s orchards – and keep things simple: high quality, low impact, fiercely seasonal. Their goal is to reach 75% British provenance across their menus.

The Restaurant is the heart of the hotel with a menu that’s shaped by what’s in season, what’s grown here, and what’s worth eating. More vegetables than you’d expect, gluten-free and vegan options that don’t feel like compromises, and a kitchen that respects the ingredient.
