At its centre sits a fully open kitchen, where the team prepares ingredient-led dishes designed for sharing. The menu celebrates the generosity of Mediterranean dining, shaped by Middle Eastern influences and the best seasonal British produce.

Signature plates include the Taste of Claro mezze — warm frena bread served with green tahini, aubergine, labneh, pickles and house-made condiments — alongside vibrant vegetables, fresh seafood and carefully sourced meats from the grill.
