The main restaurant, Akira Back, offers innovative Japanese cuisine to 148 guests, featuring signature dishes like the acclaimed ‘AB Tuna Pizza’ and exclusive creations such as 'Wagyu tempura wellington'. Meanwhile, Dosa, his Michelin-starred concept, showcases a set menu inspired by the four seasons, including unique cocktails like the ‘Bouquet of Guangzhou’ and ‘Javapolitan’.
