The Fat Duck
Woolley Grange Hotel Restaurant
Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire
Overview
A beautiful Jacobean Manor House standing in 14 acres of grounds on the outskirts of the medieval wool town of Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, Woolley Grange was a family home for 400 years before becoming the first of what is now called the 'Luxury Family Hotel' group in 1989. Woolley Grange is very much geared around families and welcomes children of all ages. By day the restaurant caters for all members of the family, with well rounded menus for the children offering more interesting, nutritious and imaginative dishes than you would expect in most restaurants. In the evenings, the Restaurant at Woolley Grange offers fine dining as a 'grown-up' experience. The relaxed ambience is complimented by an excellent wine list, fabulous menus and discreet attentive service. Long famous for traditional British cooking, Head Chef, Mark Bradbury, draws on his international culinary experience to introduce contemporary trends to compliment great British dishes
