The luxurious furnishings that are found throughout the 16th century building and surrounding rooms all add to the experience that is received by every guest who graces the doors of this hidden gem. People travel great distances to dine here, but the food never does. All ingredients are sourced locally, or grown on their own farms, just a stone's throw away, giving complete control of the menu.
