Core by Clare Smyth

Core is the debut restaurant of Clare Smyth, the first and only female chef to run a restaurant with three-Michelin stars in the UK. It celebrates modern fine dining - elegant and informal in relaxed surroundings with an emphasis on natural, sustainable food, sourced from the Uk's most dedicated farmers and food producers.

The food concentrates on a constantly evolving menu consisting on a choice of three, five or ten-course tasting menu. Dishes are simple and beautiful with Clare seeking out the best of British produce with a passion to delight and share her curiosity and love of artisanal food.

The interior design centres around a colour palette of stem green, aubergine, almond milk, copper and burnished gold, with a window overlooking a feature living wall. Seats 54 covers in total.
