The team at the Pumproom use seasonal ingredients to maximum effect and, in keeping with the ethos of the distillery, takes a keen interest in provenance and minimising waste.

Hints of inspiration filter through from the distillery next door, being one of the UK’s leading and most innovative craft producers of farm to glass spirits. Outstanding food creations, complemented by expertly curated wines from around the world and signature cocktails featuring the best spirits the world has to offer.

Set in an industrial revolution era building, the New Pumproom restaurant offers a relaxed environment to enjoy a unique eating and drinking experience with the promise of a warm and friendly welcome from the Team.

The large cocktail bar and tapas lounge welcomes all guests, mixing up some of the best cocktails in the area. Bar Manager, Ryan Betts and the bar team work closely with Head Distiller, Abhishek Banik, creating signature cocktails using unique spirits that will tempt and satisfy any pallet.

Signature cocktails feature the best spirits the world has to offer, including their own three gins, vodka, English Grain Spirit and our newly released Masthouse Single Malt Whisky, Column Malt Whiskey and Grain Whisky - often with a Kentish twist.
