Essex born chef Tom Booton, one of London's most exciting talents, takes the helm as head chef at London's longstanding British restaurant, first established in 1931. With modern twists on home cooking classics, the innovative seasonal sharing-style menus and fresh service style transcends the legendary setting, creating a convivial and informal atmosphere. This approach is underpinned by upbeat playlists selected by Tom, and a drinks list including playful cocktails and artisan English beer.

Tom's vibrant dishes reflect his passion for local London creatives and British suppliers - including Tom's signature All the Chicken or Duck breast, scrumpet, chicory and hazelnuts. Infused with playfulness and nostalgia, the pudding selection always includes a show stopping soft serve ice cream. The restaurant's vibrant charm is also reflected in the interiors, with open cooking stations with Big Green Egg barbecues, personal touches appearing in the trademark gilded interiors, and an interactive four-seater Chef's Counter sparking a sense of theatre throughout the room and allowing a front row seat to the chefs in action.
