An oasis of taste and visual beauty, easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy the real flavour of Cornish ingredients.

Michael Caines uses the location of his restaurants to inspire each menu, working with local Cornish suppliers and what is in season to ensure that both the land and sea remain respected and nourished. The Cove lovingly embraces its surrounding area which is incorporated into all aspects. Situated in the centre of two Heritage Coasts, the picturesque Roseland Heritage Coast and dramatic Lizard Heritage Coast; the most southerly point of mainland Britain.
