Michael Caines MBE is one of Britain's most popular and well-known chefs. The holder of two Michelin stars since 1999, he has gained a global reputation for his distinctive modern European cuisine utilising the finest local and regional produce and ingredients.

Opening hours

Lunch: Monday to Friday - 12noon - 2pm, Saturday & Sunday - 12noon - 2.30pm and Dinner: 6.30pm - 9pm daily. Please note, the restaurant is closed for lunch on Monday and Tuesday from from November to Mid December and again from 8th January to March 31st 2026.

Mamhead dining room is available for private groups of 9-18, whilst Berryhead can accommodate 24-42 guests. Lympstone Manor staff enjoy welcoming those who are celebrating a special occasion, anniversary, birthday or other lifetime event, as well as their corporate friends. Mamhead can serve as your meeting room during the day with full conference and executive facilities.
