Set in a building with rich history - a former smokehouse, cooperage and even a fishermans store, The Cellar has a long history of being a leading restaurant in the East Neuk. Under the ownership of Billy Boyter and his family, and with over 15 years experience working in some of Scotland's best restaurants, Billy has created a menu of great Scottish food using the best produce from local suppliers wherever possible.
