Prestonfield House - Rhubarb Restaurant
Edinburgh, Edinburgh and The Lothians
Overview
Built in 1687 as the grand baroque home of Edinburgh's Lord Provost, Prestonfield is now Edinburgh's most luxurious five-star hotel with 23 stylishly opulent rooms. Rhubarb is James Thomson's latest destination restaurant, and the most opulent to date. It features all the gourmet delight, drama and romance you would expect from the creator of Edinburgh's renowned Witchery by the Castle.
Decadent, stylish and very, very glamorous, the restaurant occupies a pair of spectacular oval rooms at the heart of Prestonfield. Exceptional Scottish produce, much sourced from small artisan suppliers, is handled with terrific skill and flair creating a gourmet destination with a reputation among the capitals most memorable dining experiences.
