The restaurant is far from pretentious with an intimate and inviting feeling. The décor is refreshingly sunny and warm with contrasting yellows and blues and featuring striking, bold pieces of modern art on the walls. Chef David Everitt-Matthias is rightly recognised as one of Britain's leading craftsmen, known for his tireless experimentation with anything from the most humble to the most expensive ingredients.
