Overview
Pennyhill Park has a long held court as one of Surrey’s most well-known destination hotels. It’s Michelin starred restaurant, Latymer, along with its voluminous spa, are just two of the hotel’s great assets.
Latymer offers an exceptional selection of Tasting Menu's including Seafood and Signature from talented Head Chef Steve Smith. The surprise element of the tasting menu allows Smith and his team the scope to exercise creativity and passion, changing the menu in line with whichever seasonal produce works best on the day.
The restaurant, in the oldest part of the country house hotel, is a classic dining room with wood panelling, ornate fireplaces, and stunning views to landscape gardens and terraces beyond.
Pennyhill Park is part of Exclusive Collection, an independent and innovative brand - constantly moving forward and bringing new experiences to its guests. It has long been a champion of 'local heroes', a campaign to source ingredients locally well before it was de rigueur to do so; and one of the key drivers of the English Sparkling Wine movement. All told, it's beautiful restaurant with a talented team and a manifesto to push boundaries.
