Pavyllon
Mayfair, London
Overview
Pavyllon London, within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, combines Yannick Alléno’s acclaimed Michelin-starred cooking with a setting that is refined, but comfortably relaxed.
Diners may choose between table seating or the expansive counter that wraps around the open kitchen, creating a sense of theatre without formality. The cooking is rooted in French technique but shaped by seasonal British produce and wider global influences, from Teppanyaki-style grilling to Nordic and Italian notes. Plates are carefully crafted, inventive but unshowy, and designed to be enjoyed without over-explanation.
From January 2026, Pavyllon introduced London’s first Michelin-starred breakfast tasting menu, served at weekends. It applies the same thought and discipline to breakfast as to lunch and dinner, offering a rare and quietly confident way to start the day.
Alongside the main restaurant, Pavyllon also features an elegant private dining room and a generous al fresco terrace. At its centre sits Bar Antoine — the lively focal point of the space — serving cocktails and comfort-led dishes, often accompanied by a rotating line-up of DJs and live entertainment.
Pavyllon London reflects Yannick Alléno’s belief that fine cooking works best when it feels part of everyday life: polished and precise, but welcoming, flexible and firmly grounded in pleasure.
