The hidden treasure at Ashdown Park is the Forest Brasserie, within the Country Club surrounds of Ashdown Park Hotel itself. It's positioning above the valley gives the appearance of being within the treetops of Ashdown Forest itself. A bijoux brasserie, the likes of which you can't find anywhere else, feels both intimate and relaxed and makes for an excellent lunch choice.
Everything from the interiors to the menu have been inspired by the local environment. The modern decor depicts the local surroundings of Ashdown Forest whose influence can be seen fully incorporated in the furnishings as well as holding a pivotal view from the Brasserie.
