The Hardwick
The Quality Chop House
64 Degrees
Brighton, West Sussex
Overview
64 Degrees is Brighton’s newest dining hotspot. Chef-owner Michael Bremner has decreed that the kitchen takes centre stage here in his latest creation in the famous Lanes. He has created a thrilling new venture based on his philosophy that the food rules, the kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, the chefs are its lifeblood and centre of all the action. His customers perch on stools at the counter or on a wooden cube at one of the four small, rough-wood tables whilst they peruse the four-meat, four-fish, four-veg menu. The dishes are modern, simple and quite superb. Small but perfectly formed, 64 Degrees is a treat for all the senses.
