    1. Thanks for your interest Jamie – The Fat Duck was shut for refurbishment last year and Heston temporarily moved his team to Australia – this means the restaurant missed the Michelin assessment, hence it was not awarded any stars in this years list.

    1. Hi Jeggy – The Butchers Arms is certainly on the list and recommended on our guide – it comes under ‘Eldersfield, Worcestershire’ which is perhaps why you missed it – on the list it features just above The Pass at Horsham.

  1. Did The Royal Oak at Eydon, Northamptonshire not get listed? They state on their website that were Michelin inspected and subsequently listed for 2016? If they are not, they really shoould have been?

    1. Hi – you may be thinking of Royal Oak at Paley Street who have indeed been awarded a Michelin Star for 2017 – alternatively The Royal Oak at Eydon may have been listed by Michelin but not actually awarded a star.
