They have also taken this occasion to introduce two new special recognition awards, the first for GB & Ireland Michelin Female Chef 2017 which was awarded to Clare Smyth, former Gordon Ramsay protégé and Chef Patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and the second is GB & Ireland Welcome & Service Award 2017 which was awarded to the team at Peels at Hampton Manor.
