The fully restored Grade II listed building has a seasonal menu promoting the finest ingredients available throughout the year and includes produce from local growers and Daylesford Organic Farm. The Fox is powered by 100% renewable energy and works towards a zero landfill policy, partnering with suppliers who ensure any waste is converted into energy and biofuels.

Dining | Monday to Wednesday 12 pm to 2.30 pm & 6.30 pm to 9 pm | Thursday offers Bar Snack menu and Pizza menu only from 12 pm - 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm | Friday & Saturday 12 pm to 2.30 pm & 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm - additionally on a Saturday a pizza snack only menu is available from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm | Sunday Roast 12 pm to 4 pm and Pizza menu only from 4 pm to 9 pm.
