The Collins Room, named as a tribute to the legendary designer David Collins, is a light-filled contemporary and charming dining room that welcomes guests at flexible times for a light breakfast, lunch, Prêt-a-Portea and dinner - and your choice of drinks in between. 

Executive chef Shaun Whatling works his culinary magic, serving up fresh daily specials using the finest ingredients. Think colourful salads, light risottos, fish cooked to perfection or impeccable British classics like shepherd’s pie and roast chicken. Just remember to leave room for dessert.

The Spring/Summer 2022 Prêt-à-Portea collection showcases couture cakes inspired by designers from Lanvin to Gucci. A contemporary twist on afternoon tea, this playful and stylish edit is set to become another favourite for sweet-toothed fashionistas. As always, tea also includes elegant canapés and sandwiches, with a selection of loose-leaf teas from an extensive collection.
