Cliveden House was originally built in 1666 by the 2nd Duke of Buckinghamshire as a gift to his mistress. Since then, and to this day it has played host to the most interesting bevy of powerful personalities, debauched parties and scandalous affairs. The luxury five-star hotel is adorned with period features, antique furniture and just the right amount of modernity to truly serve its place as one of the world's most renowned destinations.
