Saison is the elegant all-day dining restaurant at Raffles London at The OWO, set within the former library of the Old War Office. Light pours through the restored glass arcade, illuminating a serene room designed in the style of a grand conservatory. A sweeping mural of trees forms the centrepiece, bringing softness and scale to the historic setting.

Centred around French cooking under the direction of world-renowned chef Mauro Colagreco, the menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, classical technique and quietly polished dishes served from breakfast through to dinner.
