Anticipate an abundance of theatrical flair in the dining experience. Dishes will be crafted right before the guests' eyes, from the delicate snipping of thyme into olive oil to the meticulous deboning of a fresh wild fish of the day, expertly flame-grilled and prepared for sharing. Cocktails and digestifs are set to make their entrance with dramatic flair, enveloped in a mist of dry ice until unveiled from beneath a glass cloche.

A 10-seat bar will offer hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, while the main restaurant accommodates 170 guests indoors and 28 guests outdoors on La Môme terrace.
