Overview

Created by the flamboyant talent of Shayne Brady, it sets the benchmark for 21st century nautical chic. The interior takes inspiration from the Royal Yacht Britannia and the modern day super yachts. Uniquely, every table is a booth equipped with a “Press for Champagne” and it offers an exceptional selection of large formats from magnum to methuselah.

Head Chef Ben Hobson oversees a menu of signature dishes and French & Russian classics reinvented with the finest ingredients. From Caviar to Duck Confit and Beef Wellington, it is comfort food fit for a special occasion.

Reservations are accepted for full meals only. The largest booth size is 8 guests. Parties of 9 to 18 guests are accommodated in the private dining rooms.
