Enjoy refined modern British cuisine in one of two historic dining rooms: the Queen’s Room, with its barrel-vaulted ceiling and open fire, or the Great Room, a rare example of Norman architecture, complete with lancet windows, oak floors, tapestries, and suits of armour.
In the summer months, afternoon tea is also served on the terrace—an idyllic spot overlooking the castle grounds and surrounding South Downs countryside.
