Glasshouse Restaurant at Cromlix
Nr. Dunblane, Perthshire
Overview
Cromlix is an exquisite Victorian mansion owned by Kim and Andy Murray, set in acres of secluded Stirlingshire countryside near Dunblane. The estate holds deep family significant for the Murrays, with numerous family weddings and blessings celebrated here long before ownership. Initially purchased by Andy to preserve its heritage, Cromlix is now a personal passion project for both Andy and Kim, as they shape its future with a focus on sustainability, refined interiors, and an expanding art collection that features works by renowned artists such as David Shrigley and Damian Hirst.
Exuding great character, Cromlix is dedicated to making every guest feel warmly at home, whether staying overnight or simply visiting to dine. At the heart of the experience is The Glasshouse, a restaurant offering breathtaking views of the sprawling grounds and lush gardens. Guests are invited to relax and savour authentic flavours of Scotland, crafted from the finest local ingredients. Each dish tells a story of the land, with seasonal, sustainable fare thoughtfully prepared and served in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.
The Glasshouse, a 50-cover restaurant bathed in natural light and framed by the stunning grounds, is an inviting space for any occasion, from relaxed breakfasts to special celebrations.
