The Meet the Professionals series at The Tasting Room at The Vineyard Hotel & Spa is dedicated to celebrating local producers, offering an insightful dining experience that connects the community with the people behind the ingredients. Each event shines a light on sustainable farming, biodiversity, and how we can all support our natural resources through the food we eat. 

This edition focuses on Berkshire trout, with an exclusive three-course tasting menu expertly paired with Spoke wines from Marlborough, New Zealand. Hosted by Lucy Handley, co-founder of Berkshire Trout, the evening provides a rare opportunity to learn about the journey from river to plate, the importance of responsible sourcing, and how biodiversity impacts both our environment and our food systems.

Please note, there will be a video demonstration and talk at the start of the event so please arrive promptly. There will be one table aside where guests can sit and speak to Lucy Handley about Berkshire Trout. All seating for the event will be communal with other guests.
