Thank you for all your patience. All Luxury Restaurant Club memberships were frozen on 22 March 2020 and are now being re-activated. All members will receive an extension for the equivalent period lost from 22 March 2020 until 04 July 2020. This will be automatically applied to your digital card on the app. Please bear with us whilst we work through the process of updating digital cards. This process should all be complete by July 17th, 2020. We hope you will all enjoy dining out again.
What Do You Need To Do
If you’ve already downloaded your card to the app, no action is required. Your card will update automatically, after a few seconds, the next time you re-open the app. As above, extensions are currently in the process of being applied so this may not be complete until July 17th, 2020.

How About Affiliate Hotel Memberships And Vouchers
These will be extended also. You will receive an email shortly regarding vouchers and plastic card extensions to cover the frozen period (as above), and how this will be handled. In the main, vouchers and plastic cards extensions will be applied when presented at the (host) hotel and, as previously, should be booked in advance quoting the number and expiry date. A extension will be applied to all memberships expiring or interrupted between March 22nd, 2020 and July 4th, 2020 for the equivalent period lost. For example, if you membership expired on April 22nd, 2020 your membership would be extended for one month to now expire on August 4th, 2020.
Happy Times are Returning – Here’s What’s Happening
Our nation’s greatest restaurants and hotels have started reopening their doors. Since you last dined out you may notice a few changes to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Restaurants are opening following current government advise, many publishing safety measures on their sites and ours. There may be temporary changes to opening times, menus, capacities and protocols during initial re-opening periods, therefore we ask all customers to check and book ahead with the restaurants direct.
Luxury Restaurant Guide has evolved over lockdown too – we’ll be launching a brand new website in late summer 2020 to give you a wider choice and better search facilities for dining out, and dining at home. Also, as part of our commitment to a more sustainable future, we are going fully digital. Non-disposable plastic cards will be phased out for their environmentally friendly alternative of digital cards and digital vouchers, available on the app – eliminating the production cycle of using excess paper, plastic and transportation.
