Masterpiece Dishes – 20 Outstanding Dishes from 20 Great UK Chefs
As Masterpiece London opens today (28 June – 04 July 2018) – the unmissable art fair showcasing the finest works of art, design, furniture and jewellery – the Luxury Restaurant Guide celebrates the UK’s finest chefs creating their own works of culinary art.
We asked 20 top UK chefs to submit one showstopping dish each that reflects outstanding creativity and skill. See their culinary masterpieces:
Simon Rogan

Presenting: Grouse Pie – the main ingredient is of course grouse but the meaty texture of the game bird is enhanced with mushrooms, savoy cabbage, foie gras and Madeira among other things. This dish will be available on the menu for the official start of the game season on 12th August.
