Vision Marketing (parent company to Design Restaurants) has been selected by Elite Hotels to implement and run the debut loyalty programme for its five star property, Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa.
The new rewards club will feature comprehensive membership benefits for The Mansion House, Golf and Spa venues and across other Elite Hotels throughout the UK. It will be available to corporates, key partners and selected local individuals from 11th October 2010. Elite Privileges members will receive added value and reductions for dining, spa entry, golf passes and an extraordinary limited offer to founding members to stay complimentary at the hotel after their first dining visit.
It is now 3 years since Elite Hotels opened Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa following an investment of more than £60 million to transform the 18th century Mansion and surrounding 1,065-acre estate into one of the country’s most coveted destinations which is based in Luton, Bedfordshire.

Additionally, as part of Vision Marketing’s Design Restaurants network, Luton Hoo will benefit from the exposure to over 20,000 gourmet diners from leading restaurants nationally, with the potential to generate significant incremental revenue in both rooms, spa and F&B. Design Restaurants members are affluent lovers of food and wine, predominately AB individuals who regularly fine dine. Existing Design Restaurants members will be able to enjoy complimentary member dining benefits in the restaurants and are able to upgrade their existing membership to a full membership at Luton Hoo on request.
