This world renowned restaurant has held 2 Michelin stars for over 14 years, as well as countless other accolades for both the restaurant and its celebrated head chef Australian Shane Osborn. It remains at the very heart of the exclusive fine dining scene, with exquisitely executed dishes in a classic setting.
Pied à Terre are offering Design Restaurant cardholders a different type of added value benefit – members and all their dining party are offered an additional middle course between the starter and the main, which the chef prepares especially for them. Members will be advised in advance on the day what it will be so adjustments for personal tastes can be amended. Dishes might include Pepper Seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Salad of Avocado, Tomatoes, Green Olives and Sorrel, or Salad of Poached Skate wing with Soft Poached Quail Eggs, Cornichons, Capers and Croutons.
